At Jaipur Cloth, we strive to provide high-quality fabrics and garments. To maintain quality assurance, we accept returns or exchanges under the following condition:
- Return/Exchange Condition: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- No Returns/Exchanges: Products that are undamaged, unused, or meet the quality standards cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We accept return of damaged products within 48 hours from date of delivery
- Damaged Item will be redelivered within 5 – 7 working days
- Once approved Refund will be Credited to there original payment method within 5 – 7 working days
For damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos) for a resolution.
